September 22, 2026 – The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources held a workshop titled "Advancing the National Digital Transformation Standards Framework" as part of Digital Empowerment Month activities. The event aimed to raise awareness regarding national digital transformation standards and support the Ministry's efforts to develop its digital operations ecosystem.

The workshop featured a presentation by a team from the Prime Ministry’s Digital Transformation Unit, represented by Suwar Al-Shuraida. The session covered the key components of the National Digital Transformation Standards Framework and highlighted the importance of its implementation in enhancing institutional performance and improving the efficiency of government services and procedures.

This workshop aligns with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources' efforts to keep pace with digital transformation requirements and strengthen institutional capabilities regarding data and digital technologies, thereby contributing to improved work quality and informed decision-making.
