July 16, 2024 – The Director of Natural Resources Projects Directorate at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Bahjat Al-Adwan participated today, Tuesday, in a specialized dialogue session entitled "Towards Sustainable and Responsible Mining" to talk about, development and community responsibility within the activities of the Egypt Mining Conference 2024 EMF in its third edition, which was held in Cairo over two days.

Al-Adwan spoke about the role of the Jordanian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and mining companies operating on Jordanian lands in developing local communities located around mining projects implemented by companies, and the ministry's keenness to achieve sustainable community development in those areas.
