April 15, 2025 - Under the patronage of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Dr. Saleh Kharabsheh, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources celebrates Flag Day, which will be tomorrow, Wednesday, April 16.

Al-Kharabsheh instructed the Ministry's staff to decorate buildings and courtyards and distribute the Jordanian flag to employees, visitors, and citizens around the Ministry, with the aim of promoting a sense of national belonging and raising awareness of the importance of the flag as a symbol of sovereignty and national identity.

Al-Kharabsheh emphasized the importance of these activities in raising national sentiment and enhancing the meanings of loyalty and belonging. This year's Flag Day celebration is a national occasion that consolidates the symbolism of the Jordanian flag and its national connotations.

The Ministry organizes annual events for this occasion. Staff decorated the Ministry's main building, its vehicles, and its internal screens with the Jordanian flag in celebration of Flag Day. The employees are also participating in the Kingdom's celebrations of the occasion, scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, at the Museum of Parliamentary Life.

Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan instructed all ministries, official departments, institutions and public bodies to prepare for this national occasion, raise the Jordanian flag on their buildings in various sizes, and follow the official page of the "Our Flag is High" campaign.
