Baghdad, September 28, 2025 – Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Dr. Saleh Al-Kharabsheh, met with Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil of Iraq, Hayan Abdul Ghani, to discuss prospects for joint cooperation between the two countries in the oil and energy sectors, on the sidelines of the Iraq Investment Forum 2025.

It is noteworthy that earlier this September, the Iraqi side approved extending the Memorandum of Understanding on the supply and transportation of Iraqi crude oil between the two governments for an additional three months under the same terms.
